Third hormone trip from Chichibu! The store is new and has a comfortable space! I also feel the care of the owner and the staff! ︎ The day before, I went to Chichibu for the second time and the next day. I quickly found accommodation nearby and visited here. Just like the day before, I ordered kashira, nankotsu, and raw shiro. Bottled beer is a big bottle! Is the brand that you don't see very often the store owner's particularity? Now, I took a seat at the counter and waited for a few minutes while watching the cooking in front of me. Fresh-looking hormones have arrived❣️ Check out the differences in the cuts of meat and sauces that make each restaurant unique, which I've been curious about since the day before! In particular, the thickness of the Nankotsu makes a difference. It's a little thick, but it doesn't feel as thick and big as it did the second time the day before, and it looks like it's easy to eat. There's also a lot of meat. When I tried eating it, there were some parts that were just right and some parts where I was concerned about the bones. Oh yeah, you might get angry that it's not Chichibu hormone, but the yakitonya I often go to in Tokyo has appropriate cuts in the cartilage to make it easier to eat. Kashira is also soft. Raw Shiro is thick and juicy! Oil drips. The sauce is slightly strong with garlic. Am I the only one who doesn't like all the ingredients and feels young? Do green onions that have been left to rest for a while need to be aged properly so that the bitterness disappears and the flavor settles down? It's like eating freshly cut green onions. If only there was a little more depth. This is a stupid joke, sorry. In any case, I had a great time having a luxurious time eating Yakiniku alone. As the drinks progressed, I added two glasses of acerola sour and headed towards Kumagaya Station to find something to finish off today. There was an eggplant service on the way ❣️

There are several restaurants around Kumagaya and Chichibu that serve pork offal with miso sauce and finish with pork miso soup.The most popular restaurants in Kumagaya are Mizuyoshi and Chichibuya. Although each has their own merits, I would give Chichibuya the top. First of all, the raw horumon and pork skirt steak are so delicious. The combination of grilled pork offal and miso sauce is also great. And cheap. Even if you drink and eat and get full with pork soup and rice, the cost won't exceed 4,000 yen per person unless you try one of the few beef dishes available. Although I'm around 50 years old and my diet has become thinner due to aging, I still think it's cheap because I can still drink. What's more, it has a local feel, which is a great thing for tourists. Furthermore, Chichibu-ya's pork soup contains tofu, so if you're full, you can enjoy it without having to pair it with rice. Customer service is also good. Even if there is a misunderstanding, follow-up is thorough. The staff keeps a close eye on the customer's seats, so you can spend your time in the store stress-free. The restaurant is open until 10:00 p.m., but the last order for food is around 2:15 p.m., and the last order for drinks is around 2:30 p.m. If you want to have a relaxing time, you'll need to arrive by 8pm. It's a popular restaurant, so it's probably best to make a reservation, especially on weekends.

The inside of the store is clean and feels like home, so I recommend it (^^)/ 2023.7.22 revisit I stopped by on my way home from the Uchiwa Festival🎵 I’m glad I was able to sit down right away 😋 The "liver" I ordered was out of stock, so I received some fried eggplant from the restaurant later💦😆 I also like the taste of gutsashi❗ Thank you for the meal this time too 😘

2023.12.28 I had a year-end party with 6 volunteers from my workplace. The store is packed and smoke is thick. For the time being, I ordered raw meat, and for meat, I ordered loin, short ribs, liver, skirt steak, raw offal, and boiled offal. Sanche is a service from the store. I drank a mega highball to fill my stomach. Lots of customers! Harami is delicious😋 2022.6.28 I visited the store with two seniors from my former workplace. I ate all the kashira, heart, ribs, etc.😋 The three Namachu and Mega Highballs were delicious.

This is a yakiniku restaurant that is loved by locals. It is a style in which you grill it yourself in front of the shichirin. The firepower of the shichirin gradually increases, so alternate between grilling and eating! The smoke from grilling the meat will stick to your clothes and hair, so be prepared for that. I visited alone without a reservation, but they accommodated me. (You will be asked if you have a reservation when you visit) There was a counter seat and it looked like there could be 4 or 5 seats, so I slipped in just in time. It's a popular restaurant, so it might be a good idea for both of you to make a phone call in advance. You will be asked first whether you want the sauce for the meat to be sweet, dry, or a mix, so choose your preference. I didn't get my order, but apparently they also have half pork feet. (Please consult with the store staff) I was grateful for the staff's attentiveness, and I was able to enjoy the meal until the end. I came across this store while exploring the south exit of Kumagaya Station, so I entered the store. Even just one person was happy to welcome me ^ ^ The inside of the store is so clean that it doesn't look like a hormone shop. The raw hormones were very delicious 😍 You can tell that all the meat is very fresh. They were kind enough to let me leave my jacket with them to prevent the smell, and they were very considerate. It's a lively and nice shop 😊

Opposite Kumagai Station, the location is very convenient, and the meals are inexpensive and delicious. The disadvantage is that you have to grill your own meat, but it is also fun to play by yourself. Today is Saturday, business is good, almost full, maybe there are too many customers, it takes a long time to serve the food, the service staff is very kind and polite, but the food delivery speed is slow, the barbecue is not available, so it needs improvement.
